In this privacy policy we explain how we use the personal data we collect from you. By submitting your personal data on our website you consent to the terms and conditions of this policy. If you do not consent to the terms and conditions of this policy you should not submit your personal data to us. This privacy policy applies only to the European pages of our website at www.ryder.com and such other websites that we may own and operate ("our site") and does not apply to the companies, organisations, individuals or other websites that may be linked to our site.
  • INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

    • We use the personal data we collect from you in the following ways:

You may also op-out of such communications at any time by sending an e-mail to privacy@ryder.com or by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the e-mail (or SMS) sent to you about Ryder's products and/or services.

  • WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION
    • The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the EEA including those destinations whose laws may not provide the same level of protection of personal data as that provided in your home country. It may also be processed by staff operating outside of the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.     Ryder reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any part or parts of this privacy policy from time to time. Should Ryder change this policy, the changes will be posted here for a period of thirty (30) days following such change. By continuing to use our site following our posting of any changes to this policy you accept such changes.
