Terry Dillion is Director, UK Fleet Solutions responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of Ryder’s Fleet Management services. These include a raft of services from account management to O’Licence management, compliance management, health and safety support and vehicle life management. He is also responsible for developing and launching Ryder’s web-enabled fleet management system, Fleetcare Online.

Terry joined Ryder in 1988 from EMI where he was a Finance Manager having trained as an accountant with Cadbury Schweppes. He has held a number of senior financial positions at Ryder across all aspects of the business including Finance Director for the Logistics business and Treasurer and has been heavily involved in Ryder’s business development and acquisitions.

Terry is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has an MBA from the London Business School.
