Steve Mulley is Director, Engineering and Maintenance responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of Ryder’s engineering and maintenance services across Ryder’s entire fleet. He has the specific task of strengthening Ryder’s capability to bring greater focus to execution, best benchmark practices and engineering excellence.

Steve joined Ryder in 1997 from British Airways where he had a long career in avionics and production engineering with responsibility for planning and technical support and ground fleet planning. Prior to being appointed to his current position he was involved in the management and implementation of business systems in Ryder Germany and Ryder UK. Steve is responsible for all of Ryder’s qualified mechanical engineers based in locations across the UK.

Steve holds a number of mechanical and aeronautical engineering qualifications, has a Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Lancaster and is an IEng of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
