It provides online access to detailed vehicle information and documents to analyse your fleet costs and reduce internal administration. It can also be tailored to match your operational and fleet structure, giving greater control over compliance and vehicle spend.

With web access it is simple to use and there is no need for additional software and there are no integration costs. It will save you time and money, and allow you to get on with the things that your business does best.

Account
View all invoice and payment records and review budgeted fleet costs with access to individual vehicle invoices. You can review data sorted by cost centre, location or vehicle and examine all unbudgeted non contractual billing.

Assets
Gain immediate access to mileage reports, compare variance between actual and contractual mileage and analyse data by location or vehicle type, saving you valuable administration time.

Maintenance
Access your PM planner at the touch of a button and review when your vehicles are due for planned maintenance. Analyse fleet repair history and review individual work orders and repair invoices. You can view defect reports, identifying repetitive defects and identifying time taken on repairs

Compliance
Keep up to date with O’Licence requirements more easily, view MOT, plating and fridge certificates and additionally view service and inspection sheets for all your vehicles. Vehicle documents are available to print and download, reducing internal administration.
