Operational Management/Supervisory
Our Rental and Maintenance Managers supervise their teams to deliver first class service, sales and maintenance. Their aim is to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with their Ryder vehicle.

Technicians
As a technician you’ll make sure our fleet is maintained and serviced to the highest standards. This ensures the highest levels of safety and reliability for our Rental / Contract Hire customers and our Driver Contracts. We’d like to see evidence of previous experience and qualifications, although you could join our Apprentice scheme.

Rental Sales Representatives
Our representatives maximise rental sales performance at our locations. They do this by organising rental agreements, demonstrating vehicles to customers and making sure all correct payments and documentation is in place. This is a key role, which requires excellent all-round organisational and communication skills.

Call Centre Support
There are a number of positions at our call centre in Devizes, Wiltshire, which support the overall sales, warranty, servicing and rental of our fleet.

Administrative Support
These roles cover areas such as general administration, warranty claims, transport planning, human resources, finance and payroll, providing support for our on-site management teams.

Corporate Functions
These include exciting opportunities within Human Resources, Accountancy, Business Development, Fleet Management, Maintenance, Planning, Legal, Marketing, Quality, Learning & Development and Project Management.

Contract Management
Our Contract Managers and Supervisors make sure their teams meet and exceed the service our customers expect. Their account management approach maintains day-to-day operational capabilities such as fleet management, human resources, finance and transport planning at the highest standard.

Drivers
Our contracts use many classifications of drivers from Class 1 to courier style vans. Drivers and delivery porters undertake single, multi-drop and home delivery activities throughout the UK.
